• Licensed US Attorneys: For whistleblower submissions only, under attorney-client privilege, at your explicit direction.
• Payment Processors: Your payment information is handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. We do not store card numbers.
• Legal Compulsion: If required by valid court order, subpoena, or applicable law. We will, where legally permitted, notify you of any such request before complying.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information will be subject to the same privacy protections under successor ownership.
